Novi Beograd have strengthened their roster with two key additions as they prepare for the upcoming season.
Serbian international Vuk Milojevic is set to don the Novi Beograd cap after a dramatic turn in his transfer saga. The 22-year-old, who came through Crvena Zvezda’s youth system and spent last season at Jadran Herceg Novi, was on the verge of returning to his parent club, with Zvezda even officially announcing his arrival. However, following the World Cup in Singapore, negotiations fell through, paving the way for his move to Novi Beograd.
Joining him is Petar Vujosevic, the promising 21-year-old Montenegrin defender arriving from Pro Recco. Born in Kotor, Vujosevic signed with the Italian champions in 2024 after a stint with Camogli, and previously represented Budva in his home country. His defensive prowess is expected to add depth and versatility to Novi Beograd’s backline.
The Serbian powerhouse has also seen significant changes to its squad, parting ways with head coach Zivko Gocic and several key players, including Angelos Vlahopoulos, Dimitris Skumpakis, Strahinja Krstic, Dorđe Vucinic and Bilal Gbadamasi.
With Milojević and Vujosević on board, Novi Beograd are retooling with an eye on maintaining their status as one of Europe’s elite clubs.
