The Quarter-Final draw for the 2024/25 Men’s Euro Cup took place on Friday morning in Zagreb, setting up some exciting matchups as the competition nears its climax. The road to the final in May is now clear, with Europe’s top clubs battling for glory.
Pro Recco, the 11-time Champions League winners, have been drawn against Vasas Plaket, the Hungarian side that lifted the Euro Cup title in 2023. Meanwhile, last season’s bronze medalists, KEIO CN Sabadell, will take on VPK Primorac Kotor of Montenegro.
The other two ties see AN Brescia, a four-time Euro Cup winner, facing Serbia’s SPD Radnicki, while Croatian powerhouse HAVK Mladost will meet PVK Jadran M:Tel Herceg Novi from Montenegro.
With Recco and Brescia currently leading Italy’s A1 division on equal points, the potential for an all-Italian final remains alive—should both sides navigate their way through the knockout rounds. However, the likes of Vasas, Radnicki, and Jadran will be determined to disrupt those plans, with each team boasting the firepower to go all the way.
