Primorac Kotor, Vasas, and Mladost finished top of their respective groups to close out the Champions League Qualification stage.
The final day brought drama, particularly in Belgrade, where Primorac edged out host club Novi Beograd after a penalty shootout, while Vasas overcame Sabadell in Spain and Mladost produced a commanding win over Brescia in Zagreb.
With Sunday’s results, the full group stage line-up for the 2025/26 Champions League is confirmed, while the eliminated clubs will continue their European campaigns in the Euro Cup qualifications.
Group A (Belgrade) – Primorac stun hosts
Novi Beograd – Primorac 16:18 (4:2, 2:5, 4:3, 3:3, PSO 3:5)
Novi Beograd: Cuk 3, Perkovic 3, Gladovic 2, Martinovic 2, Lukic 1, Grgurevic 1, Milojevic 1.

The standout fixture of the day went the distance, with Primorac holding their nerve in a tense shootout against Novi Beograd.
After a strong opening quarter from the hosts, Primorac clawed back control through Marko Mrsic, who finished the game with six goals. In the third period, Novi Beograd rallied behind Milos Cuk and Vasilije Martinovic to swing the momentum, but the Montenegrins always found a response.
Lukic’s late equaliser sent the game to penalties, where Primorac goalkeeper Dimitrije Risticevic – a former Novi Beograd player – made the decisive save against Djuro Radovic. With flawless shooting from the Kotor side, Primorac sealed a statement win and a place in Group C of the main draw.
Elsewhere in Belgrade, Steaua thrashed Pays d’Aix 21:8, securing third place.

Group B (Sabadell) – Vasas prevail in Spain
Sabadell – Vasas 10:12 (3:2, 2:4, 3:6, 2:0)

Vasas: Batori 3, Gyarfas 2, Szalai 2, Dala 2, Lakatos 1, Selley-Rauscher 1, Djurdjic 1.
Vasas took charge of Group B thanks to a controlled 12:10 win over Sabadell.
The hosts led early on, but Vasas turned the tide before halftime and built a four-goal cushion in the third quarter. Despite Sabadell’s push in the closing minutes, the Hungarians never allowed a dramatic finish.
Final standings: 1. Vasas 6 pts, 2. Sabadell 3, 3. Spandau 04 0.
Group C (Zagreb) – Mladost make a statement
Mladost – Brescia 18:8 (4:2, 3:0, 5:1, 6:5)

Brescia: Alesiani 3, Guerrato 2, Gianazza 1, Viskovic 1, Balzarini 1.
In Zagreb, Mladost were ruthless against Brescia, wrapping up qualification with a ten-goal victory.
After a balanced opening spell, the hosts went on a decisive 6:0 run, dismantling Brescia’s resistance and extending their lead throughout the match. Former Mladost player Ante Viskovic scored the final goal for the Italians, but by then, the damage was long done.
Final standings: 1. Mladost 6 pts, 2. Brescia 3, 3. Vouliagmeni 0.
