Rumour: Lars Ten Broek to Join Terrassa from OSC

Another big name looks set to switch clubs this summer, and this one could have a strong family connection behind it.

Dutch international Lars Ten Broek is reportedly on the verge of leaving OSC Budapest to sign with Spanish outfit Terrassa, where his sister Nina Ten Broek currently plays. Sources close to the club suggest the deal is “practically closed,” marking another major move in what is shaping up to be a busy transfer window.

The 21-year-old has quickly emerged as one of the Netherlands’ most promising young players. He made his senior debut for the Dutch national team in 2022 and has been a regular feature ever since, bringing energy, intelligence, and versatility to the pool.

After developing at Polar Bears Ede, Ten Broek made the jump to Hungary in 2023, joining a strong OSC Budapest side for a two-year spell. Now, he seems set for another step forward in his career — this time in the Spanish División de Honor, under the guidance of head coach Sergi Mora at Terrassa.
