All six matches of Round 7 in the Spanish Women’s División de Honor were played on Saturday, producing clear wins for the league’s top teams. Sant Andreu, Mataró, Sabadell, Mediterrani, Catalunya and Barceloneta all collected victories.
Sant Andreu preserve perfect record in Terrassa
At the Terrassa Olympic Area, two Champions League clubs met in one of the headline fixtures of the day. CN Sant Andreu maintained their flawless start with a 16–10 win over CN Terrassa. Terrassa stayed competitive through the first half at 7–5, but Sant Andreu controlled the second half and closed the match with a decisive 5–2 final quarter. Nona Pérez (Sant Andreu) and Panni Szegedi (Terrassa) scored three goals each.
Catalunya rally late to win in Madrid
At Pez Volador, EPlus CN Catalunya earned a 12–10 away victory over Real Canoe. Real Canoe led 10–9 entering the final period, but Catalunya finished strongly with a 3–0 run to overturn the match. The win keeps Catalunya firmly in the top half of the table.
Mediterrani overpower Echeyde at home
CE Mediterrani recorded a convincing 19–9 win against Santa Cruz Tenerife Echeyde at Josep Vallès. Mediterrani took control early and continued to extend their advantage throughout the match. Carlota Peñalver led all scorers with six goals.
Mataró stay in the title chase with big win in Horta
Assolim CN Mataró kept pressure on league leaders Sant Andreu with a 24–11 win away at UE Horta. Mataró dominated all four quarters, with Matilda Kearns finishing as the match’s top scorer with four goals.
Sabadell ease past Sant Feliu
Astralpool CN Sabadell earned a comfortable 19–6 home victory against CN Sant Feliu. Sabadell led 10–2 at halftime and closed the game with a 6–0 final quarter. Irene González scored four goals.
Barceloneta take the points in Pamplona
The round concluded in Pamplona, where Zodiac CNAB defeated CD WP Iruña 9802 18–8. The visitors built a decisive 12–3 lead with eight minutes remaining and controlled the rest of the match. The win lifts Barceloneta to 12 points.
