The 2025 Men’s and Women’s U16 & U18 European Water Polo Championships will showcase the continent’s best young players.
European Aquatics is delighted to announce the nations set to contest the eagerly awaited 2025 Men’s and Women’s U16 and U18 European Water Polo Championships.
The Men’s Championships will be held in two divisions – Division Elite and Division I – for each age category, while the Women’s Division Elite for each age group features up to 20 teams.
Division Elite for the men will see the top 16 teams, based on previous EWPC results, go head-to-head, with the remaining sides competing in Division I.
The two highest-ranking nations from Division I will be promoted to Division Elite for the 2026/27 season, replacing the two lowest sides from the top division.
All the teams and fans can watch the highly anticipated draw for each competition live online via the European Aquatics YouTube channel on Friday, 7th February 2025, starting at 10:30am CET.
