Ferencvaros started strong, with early goals from Vendel Vigvari and Marton Vamos, but Jug fought back to lead 5-4 at halftime.
In the third quarter, the Hungarians took control with a 5-1 run, thanks to goals from Dusan Mandic, Akos Nagy, and Vamos, pulling ahead 9-6.
Despite Jug’s best efforts efforts, Vigvari completed his hat-trick, and crucial saves from Soma Vogel in the final period made sure of the Fradi victory.
