Water Polo New Zealand has confirmed the women’s national team roster for the upcoming 2025 World Aquatics Championships in Singapore this July.
The 14 athletes selected will represent Aotearoa on the world stage, with the tournament marking an important step in the team’s long-term development and a key milestone on the road to Olympic qualification. The squad features a blend of experienced internationals and exciting young talent from leading domestic clubs including North Harbour, Marist, Tauranga, and Atlantis City.
The tournament will also be the first time the team competes under their new identity as the White Caps, a name introduced earlier this year to symbolise unity, strength, and New Zealand’s connection to the water.
