Nikola Lukic will return to VK Radnicki Kragujevac at the end of the current season, with the move confirmed by an official source from the club.
The 28-year-old heads back to Kragujevac after his spell with VK Novi Beograd, where he added further domestic success and helped the Belgrade side reach the LEN Champions League Final last year.
Lukic previously represented Radnicki between 2019 and 2023, becoming one of the club’s standout performers. He currently ranks as the second-highest scorer in Radnicki history, with 318 goals in 162 appearances.
He began his senior career with VK Partizan before later spells with VK Crvena zvezda and VK Sabac. Across his career, Lukic has collected Serbian league titles and domestic cups with several of the country’s leading clubs.
On the international stage, Lukic reached a major milestone earlier this year when he won gold with Serbia men’s national water polo team at the 2026 Men’s European Water Polo Championship — his first senior medal after previous success at youth and junior level.
For Radnicki, the return of a proven scorer and experienced winner is a significant boost ahead of next season. Lukic knows the club, understands the expectations, and arrives with valuable Champions League pedigree.
His return is another sign of Radnicki’s ambition as they continue building a squad capable of challenging for major honours.
