Confirmed: Lars Ten Broek Joins Terrassa

Terrassa has confirmed the signing of Dutch international Lars Ten Broek, who joins the Spanish club from OSC Budapest ahead of the 2025/26 season. The move sees the 21-year-old reunite with his sister Nina Ten Broek, who is a key player on the club’s women’s team.

The transfer, described by sources close to the negotiations as “practically closed” for several weeks, marks another headline move in a vibrant European transfer window.

Ten Broek is widely regarded as one of the Netherlands’ brightest young prospects. Since making his senior international debut in 2022, he has become a regular for the Dutch national team, known for his high work rate, tactical intelligence, and all-round versatility.

After coming through the ranks at Polar Bears Ede, Ten Broek joined OSC Budapest in 2023, gaining valuable experience in the Hungarian league and European competitions. His switch to Terrassa, under head coach Sergi Mora, represents a new chapter in the Spanish División de Honor, and adds further depth to a team with growing continental ambitions.

The move also adds a personal touch, as the Ten Broek siblings are now set to represent the same club — albeit on different teams — bringing a unique family connection to the Catalan side.
